Cultivating Connection & Meaning Through Story & Ceremony: A conversation with Lisa Gareau

I recently sat down for a wonderful conversation with Lisa Gareau, host of The Connector Next Door Podcast for Planners.

Lisa is a Calgary-based Speaker, Facilitator, & Connection Strategy Coach, owner of Candy Event Consulting, and definitely my kindred spirit!

We had a great chat about all things connection, the importance of ceremony and ritual, and how to get to the heart of a person, story or situation.

We did a deep dive into my own story and how - from it - I've carved out my role as a guide for others who want to live their lives with more attention, intention and connection.
